"Staff all very helpful and pleasant and efficient. Rooms clean . Beds super comfortable . Elevators fast and never had to wait long. Periods of time for them . Money exchange inside hotel so safe and convenient . Show at night was outstanding ! We enjoyed it tremendously. Musical presentation very well done . Breakfast great ! "

"The staff , from the cleaning lady to the front desk people , always willing to help and make you stay comfortable. The lady who cleaned our room 206 was always on point . Making sure we had all we needed and performed a great job , every time she went in to clean it . "

"This hotel is truly a gem. It’s the perfect location in Roma Norte with tons of food, shopping, and bars nearby. The hotel itself has a beautiful facade in a century old building, and the pasaje filled with shops and restaurants is very inviting and upbeat. The rooms are modern and clean and the beds are comfortable. The shutters also make the room fully blacked out, so it was easy to sleep in. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, and to our delight, we discovered they offer pastries daily from Panaderia Rosetta nearby, which always has a wait. The staff is friendly, responsive, and accommodating, providing welcome drinks on arrival and texting to see if we need anything. I highly recommend this hotel and would come again!"
