"Beautiful, modern property completely remodeled very comfortable right off the highway. "We stayed at the Hotel Giardino for 4 days for our honeymoon. We thought the staff were extremely friendly and their English was fantastic a bonus considering we didn’t expect it. we thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. we had lunch at the pool every day which was quick and very tasty. "I read some of the bad reviews that said this place was run down but I didn’t think it was that bad. It was 5 minutes from the Basilica and the location was great. The breakfast was good. There was no air conditioning but a fan was enough because it got a bit cooler. The only thing negative is that the bathroom is tiny. A plus sized person would not be able to sit on the toilet without hitting the sink . The hot water for the shower was not hot but warm. It was warm enough for a hot day. The Wi-Fi in the room did not work so I had to come to the lobby to use the Wi-Fi. "
