Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a really great experience. The woman who was there taking care of the guests was great. Highly recommend

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious which I appreciated. However, it would have made a world of a difference to me if they provided and not charged for hotel slippers. These should be complimentary in a 4-star hotel. One other improvement point would be if they provided bottles of water as well with the room, given Maltese water is too salty to drink. These are low-cost amenities that would have made this stay 5 stars.

Property location was good just a 10 min walk from the square. Staff were mostly polite and friendly. Pool was ok plenty of sun beds for the time of year we were there. Menu for breakfast was limited to the same 6 items every day. Rooms very basic. No safe no kettle had to ask at reception for a hair dryer and remote control for air con (€5 deposit) no plugs in the bath and sink so could only use shower which again was basic. Hotel Definitely caters for the younger generation. Who have no respect for people who might be sleeping at 4am. Also wasn’t keen on the few little cockroaches that visited our room which was on the fourth floor.
