"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. "I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Santiago de Chile. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the things I appreciated the most was how safe I felt during my stay. The environment is very secure, which gave me peace of mind whether I was inside the hotel or coming back late.
