"Room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Robbin took us downtown and gave us some good suggestions on restaurants. Bridgette was very helpful checking us in and checkout. There were a few other staff members we encountered that were very friendly. Everyone seemed happy to be there. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Hot Springs again! "

"Extremely close to the bath house, valet parking is 30 a day and is staffed 24 hours a day. The renovated rooms are charming and vintage, the historic (non renovated) rooms are very vintage and a bit worse for wear, but they’re working on the whole thing! The mineral water rooms are amazing. The staff was so nice and accommodating, we were upgraded to a very nice room on the 9th floor overlooking the entrance, breakfast is $10-30 per person if no buffet is available, the buffet is 15 per person. The front desk staff are very knowledgeable and there’s some one there 24/7, the dining room staff is attentive and accommodating. The pool deck is on the 7th floor and the hot tub is to die for. if you’re planning a trip basically the entire area is closed on Tuesday, as that’s their slowest day so aim for Wednesday- Sunday, wed-Friday is less busy, but the weekend is packed! Overall I’m extremely happy with our stay and will not even consider staying anywhere else next time I’m in hot springs’"

"Fantastic hotel for the price. This is an older hotel, but it is very well maintained. It was extremely clean. All staff was wonderful. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. The food was served cafeteria style, but you could get as much as you wanted. They make everything from scratch. It was within 10-15 minutes to every attraction. Thank you to the staff at BW Winner's Circle! You guys are awesome! "

"Great hotel.. enjoyed our afternoon drinks! Gym was lacking though!.. not many cardio machines in working order..and no weight machines.. only one bench.. too nice of a hotel for the gym to be this lacking!"

Clean and spacious, this updated and well equipped property is located in a quiet residential area, yet close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. If ever we return to Hot Springs, we would hope to stay at this property again."
