"Beware the management here is greedy and likes to rip off tourists. Everything from airport pickup to tours can be up to 5 times what you would pay somewhere else. The facilities do not match the prices. A better value could be found elsewhere. "It's an old style hotel using natural ventilation to cool it, however Siem Reap weather is not so much the heat but humidity, so a lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortable. The staff are wonderful and friendly and can't do enough for you."

"This is a great small hotel. The location is very good being a short tuc-tuc ride to the buzz of the city (tuc-tucs were always available at front door) yet peaceful at night. The rooftop bar/restaurant a huge bonus. Food very good and bean to cup coffee! The owner and his staff couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. Excellent English spoken. For private car driver, ask for Mr Boon. "

"The hotel was nice and very quiet, but the bed was so hard we couldn't sleep on it. We asked for a softer mattress or a topper but nothing was available. The hotel is a long way from Siem Reap centre or any amenities, so even getting some shopping requires a taxi or tuc-tuc, as the hotel is on a busy main road with no pavements."
