Easy check in process and was very responsive by text message. But the AC was not strong and the shower was a little dirty.

Walking distance to many places of interest. Great location with many restaurants and places to shop nearby.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very basic, small, mini refrigerator barely kept anything cold, no glass cups, wine opener, etc. Rooftop deck had no views. Location was great, close to Ramblas and everything.

Great rooms, daily cleaning, efficient check in and check out! A modern hotel well located in Valencia and good for both business and family travel

The menu breakfast was fresh. Staff was friendly and willing to resolve any issues. The parking was not free and there were issues with the automated parking system. The rooms are were comfortable and beautifully renovated. We had a very good overall experience.
