Great service and space!

Kind staff, but too much and not authentic. As soon as we’d walk in they would scramble to all get up and greet us - really not necessary and seemed forced. Clean, but plumbing issues - water drainage in bathroom sink and shower/tub were inadequate. Bathroom was separated and had door. No fan, with the door closed it gets very hot in there. Temperature control in room was not working well. Air conditioner was blasting throughout the night (facing the bed directly) and if would change the temp by .5 degrees, would shut off and be hot. There was no sensor or automatic function, No turn down service; for the price being charged this should be a must.

Beautiful apartment, great location close to everything including the metro line

Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!) And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was very large and well equipped! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We have stayed in a lot of places over the years and this was by far one of our favorites! Highly recommend. Marc, the concierge was very helpful!! We were spoiled with lots of treats during our stay.
