"I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed."

Karin, who handled my many messages back and forth to her, patient ly, as well as, when I was there! You could tell she really wanted to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
