"We received a room upgrade! Staff was universally kind and polite and generous - they remembered that we brought our dogs here before and provided very nice dog beds and food bowls for them. Breakfast was, as always, delicious and elegant - perfect hollandaise on the benedict and very fresh fruit plate. We will be back."

"Super helpful and nice team. Room was small but cozy. The hotel is tucked in the back left corner of old town, right under the steps that go up to the castle. Glad we chose this location. Front Desk helped us find great restaurants"

"Perfect in everyway. Location right on the edge of the old town,facilities of free mini bar and readily available tea,coffee and hot chocolate from a drinks station was a nice touch. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. No keys just a code to gain access was a breathe of fresh air. Finally, when rained they provided umbrellas to venture out with. Would I book this place again? Absolutely YES. "

"We stayed in a duplex which was spotless and all staff we came across were really friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and we could control the temperature both in the bedroom and seating area separately. The hotel is really well Located for both the old town and Gros. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again. "
