this place is so so so good - the welcome is warm and super helpful we had a dog - they could not have been more welcoming - a dog bed provided for us - bowls - snacks and dog treats a designated safe dog area outside the rooms were nice - adequate - comfortable the food in the restaurant - dinner was SO nice the best fish (Hake) and my husbands steak - both delicious breakfast not totally overwhelming but good enough the overwhelming feeling was how WELCOME they made us feel - it was...

Excellent hotel, well situated with very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was superb, clean, large, modern, with coffee making facilities and a mini bar.

We stayed for 7 nights at Villa Soro in July. Everything was fabulous! The hotel is actually located over 2 buildings. We were in room 205 in the new building which is behind the original villa. It was really spacious, lots of space in the bedroom area and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower. The entire hotel is impeccably decorated with a fabulous sense of luxury and serenity. It was unexpectedly hot for this time of year so the distance from the center of town was a small issue....

Clean, nicely decorated ,staff were friendly and very helpfull, is a little bit out from the old town 30 min walk but we had our own car so didn’t try breakfast was also delicious

This is gem of a hotel! Good location, quiet, pleasant and comfortable room and a wonderful staff.

Hotel Txoko was excellent. The Hotel is located in the pedestrianised area and a one minute walk to the beach. The Hotel was spotless. Our room was very comfortable and was well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. The lady managing the Hotel was very welcoming and was always available to offer advice or assistance. We were very well looked after.

I was very tired having driven from St Malo direct. The owner was helpful and efficient. The hotel is in a quiet location, clean, well equip and restful. Just what I wanted

I really enjoyed my stay here. I expected quite a standard service but it exceeded my expectations. The decor is cool, location was very handy for the beach and centre and the room itself was lovely and had its own terrace. The service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that but if I return to Biarritz I’d definitely consider going back here.

Stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon and could not have chosen a more perfect venue. An exceptional level of service in an impeccably maintained chateau. Rooms are huge with fabulous bathrooms. We had a lakeside view with a balcony. Food in the restaurant was world class. We will definitely return.
