"If u like memory foam u will love the beds, but we don’t. So beds were not comfortable for us. The living room tv did not work the entire time. Someone was supposed to come look at it but nothing was fixed so we couldn’t watch tv in the living room the entire trip. Bedroom tvs did work. Otherwise very nice condo! Worth the money."

"Perfect spot to walk to the pier and a couple of restaurants that were nearby. The view of the beach and ocean was perfect. Communication with the property manager was the only issue I had as far as getting a parking permit for my vehicle which took a few days to receive. Nice property would use again."

"Liked the view of the sound and sunsets. Condo was good, but some areas show wear and tear. Bathroom mats and bed linens need to be replaced. Rust stains on bathroom floor. Kitchen was adequate but could be better stocked. Chairs in deck box were rusted and unusable. Back door deadbolt didn’t work. No major issues but a little TLC would make a good condo, a great condo."

"Absolutely the best location. Adjacent to the public beach access and a big empty protected dune lot - its is quiet and relaxing. The condo is great - wonderful view of the water and beach. Great space with plenty of room for just the 2 of us. Would easily accommodate 4 or 5 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pans, cutlery and dishes you would need. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus! I agree with others that the decor is just a little dated, but we were focused...

"Great condo. Crappy internet and furniture. You could barely sit on the couches. The outside table and chairs were hightops. Not good for older short people. Internet was so crappy couldnt pull up the weather channel. Kind of important at the beach. Should get at least 2 trash bags for a weeks stay."
