Private Navarre Beach condo on sound with beach access across the street. Comes with private fishing pier and separate gazebo for picnics and grilling on the water.
This adorable property features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed, perfect for a small group of guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the heating and AC, as well as the WiFi access during your stay. There is a private backyard area and gated in so only condo guests can enjoy. There is a nice big pool with bathrooms. There is a fishing pier on site and gazebo on water. Private sandy water beach area to relax. Steps from free public beach access with free parking if you dont want to walk. Also items for children and baby pack n play and high chair. Very updated cozy place with coffee and linens provided. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to walk to the beach area right in the backyard. The condo was clean and cozy. The area is great for couples, as it's not as busy as Pensacola Beach but not too far away to make a visit. My only recommendations are to add an umbrella to the back patio table for shade, upgrade the mattress (the middle was sunk in and not level), update the booking info with the correct address, and be sure WiFi works before guests arrive.

Great location and fantastic condo, especially being on the first floor. Enjoyed everything about the stay minus the mattresses. Both the queen mattress and the sleeper sofa and its mattress were not the most comfortable for extended periods; while we did rest they felt a little thin and not supportive. Communication was okay. Condo was clean and well stocked. Convenient location to great food and beach access. Would recommend and stay here again.
