Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
(** if you used the grill please be sure to put in garage, clean the grill & turn the propane OFF **) Please wash all non-dishwasher utensils (pots, pans etc.), and place back in cupboards.
LOCK the front door using your code 6970. RETURN all household items: keys, garage door opener , gate card, to kitchen window; beach chairs and toys, towels.
TEXT the cleaners “ we are checking out of Terrys place “ when you are leaving (850-736-1798)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Absolutely NO smoking, or vaping. A $1,500 fee will be incurred and your stay will be terminated immediately if any evidence is found.
NOISE: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am per city ordinance and HOA. Neighbors that will not tolerate partying /unreasonable outside noise.
Max occupany: (4 Adults, 3 Children) Total 7 guests. No unregistered visitors, no parties or events. Min renter age 25yrs, violation= end of stay

Perfect Family-Friendly Stay in Navarre!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Navarre! It was the perfect spot for our family. The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed—pots, pans, utensils, even paper towels and other essentials that made settling in so easy. It was especially great for our toddler—he used the highchair provided and had a blast running around the spacious backyard. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The location was ideal for enjoying the beach and nearby attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place To Stay

My son and his future wife had a wonderful stay at a VRBO during the wedding. The reservation was effortless, the home was cozy, and the location was perfect for them to retreat to amidst the celebrations. The host was accommodating, making their stay comfortable and memorable. A real gem of a find for such a special occasion!

Family trip

The house was perfect for our blended family. Lots of room, very clean, and in quiet neighborhood. A short 15 minute drive to beaches and/or various shops. Great communication from the hosts. Highly recommend!

Exploring the Emerald Coast

Five-star host! Terry gave us great information before we checked in and maintained good communication with us throughout our stay. The house is ideally located in Navarre, which is between Destin and Pensacola, which made it easy for us to explore the Emerald Coast. The house is located on a quiet dead end street and had a large fenced backyard for our little pup. The house is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was definitely a great experience!

Best Birthday Ever

My spouse and I really enjoyed our trip. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located to restaurants, stores, parks, and beaches. Terry responded to our questions and was helpful during our stay. Navarre is now one of our favorite vacation spots.

Perfect trip!

The property was perfect for our blended family trip ! In total we had 4 adults and 3 children (ages 4, 2, and 1) they had plenty of space to play both inside and outside. The house was exactly as pictured and had everything you could possibly need for your trip ! Terry was an excellent host and checked in to see if we needed anything. The beach was just minutes away as was the pool! It really was the perfect house for our trip!

Perfect house for a larger family

We loved this house! We wanted a quiet spring break with our 4 teenage children (18,16,16,16) and its really hard to find somewhere affordable that is spacious enough and has enough beds (which were very comfortable!) - this place was perfect! Located in a very nice neighborhood and only about 12 or so minutes to Navarre Beach. The house was decorated so cute and a lot of necessities were provided (dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, coffee, spices, all cooking equipment you might need, grill, etc) Even a garage! The only thing i caught myself missing was a full-length mirror😀 Check-in process was so easy and Terry was very quick to respond to messages. Would stay here again for sure!

Family vacation near the beach

Perfect house for our family vacation. Plenty of room for our family of 4 (more than enough space.) We knew prior to our stay that we would have to drive to Navarre Beach and it was an easy drive to Navarre Beach. We also drove to Pensacola and Fort Walton. It was nice to have a place to stay not having people above us, below us, around us like the hotels condos on the beach. The house had beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys, and beach towels. The garden hose was by the garage and made it easy to rinse sand off the beach equipment after a day at the beach. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for our family of 4 to all shower after our beach time. The house was in a dead-in neighborhood and was quiet location. The restaurant recommendations that were provided were great and we all enjoyed. Terry’s communication was great before our arrival, the day of our arrival, and our departures which made staying in an unfamiliar place welcoming. Navarre was a fantastic place to vacation! Staying at this property really made the vacation relaxing and accommodating for our family’s needs. We hope to stay again!

Cozy, Family-Friendly Haven Near Navarre Beach

Our family, including my wife and two kids, had an excellent stay at this pristine, cozy house just 15 minutes from Navarre Beach. Amazing Location! GREAT owners! Stupendous beach!

The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious enough for us to spread out when coming back to home “base” after a day at the beach or a quick trip to Pensacola. The owners were so fast to respond to anything and everything!

Perfect location

Came to visit my brother and his family for New Years. They li e in the same neighborhood so it was absolutely PERFECT!!!! Terry was a very gracious host and had lots of nice touches including spices in the cabinet. We will definitely stay here next time we visit.

Great Navarre Property

We have family in Gulf Breeze and found this great house to stay for a family function where our pets (1 dog & 1 cat) would be welcome. This house, with fenced yard was perfect for us. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, away from traffic but still close to the fun spots. We definitely encourage families headed to Navarre to check out this opportunity!

Spring Break

Absolutely amazing!

Highly recommend!!! This was our first time using VRBO, as we’ve always stayed in hotels before, and we had an incredible experience. Terry was an outstanding host, quick to respond and answer any questions we had. The house was exactly as pictured and described, immaculate and comfortable, and everything was easy to find. Absolutely perfect!

We came to Navarre for a four day weekend. We wanted something close to the beach, without the beach price. This property was perfect! A quick 10 minute drive to the beach…and access to the community pool, too! The house was spacious, well stocked (the laundry detergent and beach chairs were much appreciated!) and in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were fast at responding to messages and always made us feel welcome. We will definitely be staying again when we visit the area! Wonderful trip!
