The stunning sugar-white sand of Navarre Beach, FL and beautiful turquoise water are upfront and center in lovely Pearl Breeze. Gorgeous view for miles. You can have it all when you can stay in this fabulous 2BR/2BA upscale gulf-front condo on the highly desired 5th floor of the Pearl Building. The condo has views that are incredible, you can see and enjoy the Gulf and surrounding area up close and personal.

This fabulous appointed large condo has an incredible view from the floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding glass doors that showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony offers the ideal place to retreat, relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the fresh Gulf air and spectacular sparkling Gulf of Mexico.

The condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen pull out sofa in the living room.

The master bathroom offers an oversized shower, soaker tub, sink and toilet. There is dressing area in the master bedroom off the master bathroom, perfect when a couple is getting ready for their day or night on the town and need their own space.
The second bathroom is a shower/tub combination.

The fully equipped main kitchen has all you need for fabulous meals during your stay. All dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. The dining table is centerally located and is perfect for family meals. Beach chairs (located in the condo), beach cart and towels are provided.

The West pool is heated full time.

The wide expansive beach front is a most desirable key feature of the Pearl.

**This complex does utilize outside security cameras in the front and back of building.

You are very close to Navarre Beach pier if you want to go fishing or a beautiful walk. Close by, you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards.

Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach/Destin so there are plenty of opportunities to experience the beautiful Gulf coast. You also are just minutes from Pensacola Beach along the Gulf national seashore where there also are lots of dining and entertainment options. Navarre is close to both the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach airports if you are planning to fly. There are plenty of rent-a-car locations on site.

This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet condo. The minimum age to rent is 25.

Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund.

Great place

It was great and truly appreciated the gift basket! All the years we have rented at The Pearl this was a first. Our only disappointment was the water conditions, again, never had this issue and disappointed didn’t get to go in the water. I’ll have to be more aware because it is the reason we go, having been going to Navarre since 1977!

Never stay in a hotel again!

This was a gorgeous condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were visiting family and it worked out perfectly. We have stayed in many hotels on the beach and none of them were as nice or as accommodating. We loved our gift basket, so thoughtful. Just the little extra touches that made the stay special would make us come back.

The condo was as described. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. View was wonderful and property manager was quick to respond to messages. Only thing I was even a little unhappy with was the 4 dumpsters of garbage that sat on property for a few days, the smell was a little rough but don’t really feel this is the property managers fault. Overall a great stay!

This condo was the best overall experience we've ever had at The Pearl complex. Comfy furniture, coastal decor, durable flooring throughout AND all amenities stocked from the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry. The only thing that was a negative was the screaming shower head in the guest bath. But this place is great and we will be actively trying to rent it again.

The pictures are accurate and the condo is just beautiful. I really enjoyed the welcome gift basket and also they had a little box of new flip flops Incase someone forgot theirs. It was just my husband and I, but I could definitely see bringing our boys next time. My main recommendation would be to fix the AC in the master bedroom because it was really hot, I had to sleep in the guest room. Also, an idea for the gift basket would be sunscreen. I was glad there were beach chairs and a trolley for us to use.

This condo was absolutely GORGEOUS! It was exactly as described plus more. It exceeded all of our expectations. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and full of amenities in every room! It even included beach amenities, such as a beach wagon, beach toys for little kids, beach chairs, tent, floats, etc. The welcome gift basket with a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival was so sweet and thoughtful. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! The overall Pearl complex was clean, quiet, and well managed. It’s conveniently located as well. HIGHLY recommend!

Most Generous

Our rooms were on the 5th floor--which made the beach and pools easily accessible. After our arrival we discovered a welcome kit which was most generous with first aid, manicure items, extra flip flops, wine, snacks and a lovely welcoming note. As our stay progressed we discovered that this became the host's expression throughout the rest of our visit, as there was a bounty of just about every necessity; some things that you NEVER find at a vacation condo, like a whole bottle of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, extra paper towels, plenty of garbage bags and DW pods. It was very clean and neat, with no cabinets overloaded with broken games, etc. The floor was so clean one could walk barefooted (if you know what I mean!). The view from our balcony included the beach, pools, beautiful and full moonrise/set, gorgeous sunrise/set. It was perfect! We will definitely be back at The Pearl and try to stay at this particular unit again!

Peaceful and beautiful view

I was very comfortable and felt very secure. The unit was well decorated and comfortable. The view was awesome and the heated pool was nice to have along with the hot tub. The surrounding area offered many things to do and even though they were working on the beach during my stay, it was easy to find beaches close by to use instead. I highly recommend this unit.
