Castaway Cove-Soundside Private Home with Beautiful Views

Beautifully renovated, Castaway Cove is the perfect home for your vacation when you need to escape and get away from it all.
The minute you walk through the front door, your cares will melt away as you take in the up-graded furnishings and finishes of this beautiful home. All new flooring with NO carpeting anywhere!
Sit out on the expansive front deck and relax with a cold one as you watch the boats travel on the Santa Rosa Sound. Sip a nightcap at days end and view the magnificent sunsets that Navarre Beach is known for.
Just 700' to the gulf waters out the back where you will practically have the beach to yourself!
The open floor plan includes a fully stocked, well equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry ,a breakfast bar seating 4 and dining area that seats 6. The large great room features a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests, flat screen tv and a full house stereo system.
Wake up in your king-sized primary suite to magnificent water views. The en suite bathroom is pure luxury, featuring double sinks, large freestanding tub with body wand and chromatherapy bulbs, and separate large walk-in shower with body jets.
The second queen-sized bedroom has a private bathroom and sleeps 2 more.
After a day on the beach, rinse off in your outdoor shower and grill (charcoal) in the covered area under the house.
This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
Escape to your own private island when you cross the bridge into paradise and feel like a real castaway at Castaway Cove!

Sunny escape

This property provided a warm and sunny vacation. The location is central to many activities. Beaches are spectacular. Miles of walking paths or on the beach. Would use this property manager again in the future.

This place was very nice and had fully stocked kitchen. I would stay here again. The only complaint we had was the living room couch was not very comfortable bc of the bed underneath and the cushion in the middle would fall through. Other than that I would recommend bc of the peace and quiet and the beautiful beach!

This house is awesome. So clean and so well decorated. The street is so quiet and peaceful. I have never been so relaxed in my life. The owners are great and explained everything perfectly. This is a special place and I'm ready to go back!

Peaceful and Relaxing New Year's Getaway

This is the first beach house we've rented. Usually we get a condo. But we very much enjoyed this slower more peaceful part of beach living. It was quiet, and you could still hear the Gulf some quarter mile away. We walked, ran, read, relaxed and simply enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend this slower and gentler side of the beach. It's peace and relaxation.

Nice quiet location in Navarre Beach, all newly updated

Quiet beach home in Navarre Beach. Short drive to public beach access. Very close to Gulf Islands National Seashore, and its wonderful beaches. Home is spotless, newly remodeled with up to date appliances. Widescreen TV's in 3 rooms with DVD in one. Keep in mind that as a beach home in hurricane area, that one must climb up stairs to the home, so there is not disability access. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the weather gave us 65 degree sunny days every day.

Great location, comfy beds, it has a washer and dryer, it was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, and it has a charcoal grill. The bathrooms had plenty of towels along with toiletries and a hair dryer provided, and we loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom connected. This house would be perfect for two couples to share for a friends getaway. The hammock is gone so don't get excited about that when you see it in the pictures, but there is other great seating outside to enjoy the beautiful bay side views of the water. We had a great time and would definitely rent this home again. I also want to give a shout out to whoever the cleaning crew is for this home. Y'all are great! This house was spotless! It was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in.
