We stayed in the property over Easter and it was wonderful. The location is perfect for anyone with a pet and the communication with the owner was fast and accurate. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to return to it, soon.

Great location/view

House had a great view of the bay and was two blocks from closest public beach access on ocean side. The decks on the home were great, too. Would definitely stay again.

This place was great! Very clean and had a beautiful view of the bay. So much natural light from the windows it was great. AC thankfully is outstanding for these hot summer days when you return from the beach. North of the house is the bay south of the house is a public beach access, and Opal beach is a 10min drive. Will definitely stay again soon! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Best beach getaway

The house is very spacious and comfortable. You have the most beautiful view of the bay which is perfect if you enjoy watching the sunset. Most importantly the beach is right across the street from you. I highly recommend! My friends and I loved it and I know anyone who rents this place out will find it to be the perfect beach getaway.

Windows have a view of the bay and a view of the ocean in the back. Wraparound porch is wonderful and there is a high pressure hose down below to get the sand off of everything so that it doesn’t come inside with you. Very short walk to the beach which is heaven compared to Walton county beaches. It’s unpretentious and family friendly. AC thermostat is located in the loft upstairs so there’s no worry of the top of the A-frame being too hot. Large capacity washer and dryer. If you like to fish bring your gear the pier is awesome! Thanks for having us.

House as decribed. AC works amazing!! We loved having an outside shower to rinse off after beach!!We had a view of the bay from the front porch and watched beautiful sunsets. Back porch allows a small view of the ocean. Host is quick to respond!! Would stay with Sunsations again!
