It is a run down place and needs an update. The breakfast was not that great. The staff was helpful and nice.

Staff was very nice! Mirrors in our bathroom were very old and tarnished. Take your own make up mirror! Grass roots kinda place. Was kinda pricy for what you got but it was graduation weekend so that’s what most do.

The room smelled horrible. Someone had actually stuck their cars tree air freshener in the ac vent to help. The blankets had a cigarette burn in them and were the thinnest i’ve ever seen. The carpet was sticky feeling. Would not recommend at all.

I didn't like the appearance or the smell of the room, when I pulled up to the property and saw no other cars on the lot I realized this wasn't a good sign. So I never went into the office, I peeped into a room that was being cleaned and that's how I know the condition of the room. I will never book another room with Days Inn ever again!!!!!

The shower only had cold water until I went to the front and spoke to the staff and they advised me that every time I wanted to take a shower I needed to turn on the bathroom sink at the same time and let it run for about 10 minutes so it could heat up. Also the tv had no sound and the tub was really dirty. I would pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Breakfast items ran out. Sink by breakfast area full of unknown substance that appeared to be mold or scum . Plumbing was loose in the shower tub with lukewarm water only. Mattress lumpy and overused in room 106, the bed closest to the door. Staff was nice however.

I liked the lady who checked us in. Very nice and helpful. Sign was not visible from southbound on 6, but I understand it is in progress... appears this is going to be a BW. The room itself could use some work. Bathroom door did not shut and smoke detector did not work (office worker said she would come in and fix the smoke detector, but we declined).

The hotel was clean and had no lingering odors. The bed was too hard. Staff was helpful. Location was good. Property a bit old & needs a facelift but it was a pleasant stay. Would have been a lot better with a more comfortable bed.

Old, tired, falling apart....
There was no place to hang clothes. The light over the vanity didn't work. The desk chair was brokwn and when my husband sat in it , he almost fell onto the floor. The smoke alarm had no cover, and the wires were hanging out. I told the girl at the front desk and she said she would offer duscount but since I prepaid thru Hotels.com in advance there wasn't anything she could do except to say she was sorry. I would not recommend this location.

Horrible neighbors-hotel policy permits it
We were assigned a room on the first floor. Next to us were a bunch of workers who were living there at the motel. Exceedingly loud music, loud voices, and drinking beer on the sidewalk was bad enough. Then they fired up their little open grill. The smoke and lighter fluid filled our room, the noise increased, and when I came out to go to the office, they made what I can only assume were rude comments as I don't speak Spanish. We were very grateful that the lady on duty gave us a second floor room upwind of them so the noise and smell were immediately alleviated. If that had not happened, we would have demanded our money back and found another place to stay. I don't care how many dollars these guys are spending, that should NOT be allowed.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is decent for the price. Tip: Ask for a room close to the water heater. It can take 5 minutes for hot water to reach some rooms we were told after we checked in. For us, it was closer to 7 minutes. Good luck!

Not only was the smoke detector not present and the wires exposed, there was no light in the bathroom, the carpet and furniture was frightening, and the bed didn't seem to even be clean. Maybe we got a bad room that needed to be remodeled, but I wouldn't touch this place again with a 10-foot pole.

Apparently, this was recently a Best Western, but now it’s a Day’s Inn and they just aren’t fully ready. My first room had problems, so I was moved to a second room that also had plumbing issues, so I was moved a third time into a less appointed room. No kitchen like the first two. On the first day, the breakfast that was included was a joke. The juice machine didn’t work, no waffle batter, the bread was stale, the cereal was stale, and their “danish” was just mini hostess donuts spaced out in a case. The eggs and potatoes weren’t edible. The second day it was better, but not by much. Also, the front desk didn’t even have quarters for their own washer and dryer. Nothing is ready for prime time.

The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are okay, somewhat out dated, old phones, didn’t work, chairs are old and broken, closet to hang your clothes was broken. They fix it but broke again. Unable to hang suites. No water pressure in sink. The pool was clean, much needed relaxation.

We say they’re doing a family reunion tired that night looking for a good comfortable night the next morning bites on my legs and itchy by bedbugs we got home changed clothes what we drove home in found one crawling in my bath. When you get out the clothes spoke with the front as speak to the manager/owner. They told me he was not on. He will return the call still today is Wednesday.9 of august have not heard from him so I need you guys to clean that place up or the health department will shut you down it’s not fair to your customers. I knew it was there when we booked the reservation..

I was there for a family reunion with my family a few of us reserve and stayed in rooms there. Well during our short stay we had begs bugs and bites from the bed bugs. Bed bugs are a very serious issue because if they came home with us now my home is infested with the bed bugs.

When we first arrived a pipe burst in our room and flooded the bathroom. Instead of putting us in a new room they ‘patched’ the problem which left us scared to flush the toilet. The ‘breakfast’ was horrible. No selection at all and the yogurt was expired. The guy at the front desk was rude and never greeted us when we walked in and never said thank you when we checked out even though we still stayed there after the pipe mess.

We are sorry the stay was not to your satisfaction. Our pool was being cleaned at that time. We would also like to inform you that your original reservation was for check in 7/28/2023 and check out 7/29/2023. Making it for only 1 night. You did not check out on the said date. or inform the front desk that you wanted to extend. You actually stayed 2 nights. Therefor, you do still owe for the second night of your stay. We would greatly appreciate if you would do the correct thing and get in touch with our front desk to pay for the second night. We thank you and hope you will give Best Western a chance to service you again.

The room was very clean and cool upon arriving in the high heat. The ac gives off a white noise that drowns out other noises. It also kept the room very cool. Will def stay here again.

The rooms was very clean but its showing its age. The seal around the front door is worn and light shows through all around. The AC took 6 hours to cool the room to a comfortable level. Lastly, the toilet bolts had rusted through and it wasn't secure to the floor. The staff were very polite and pleasant and the property was well lit and secure.
