The hotel itself is not bad. But as you turn into the parking lot you will find many signs saying you must pay to park. Next to some of these signs you will see a sign that says park at your own risk not responsible. So not sure what you are paying for. You will pay $12 a day to park. As I was surprised to see this because I did not read the fine print. I went back to read other reviews and I am not the only one who is surprised. I read the management’s response to some of these reviews. They require you to pay so the parking lot is not used by people who are not customers of their hotel. Easy solution waive the fee for people who already paid to rent a room. So I will probably not be back to this hotel.

The room was fantastic with an ocean view. We could walk to several shops and restaurants.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Ocean View Inn. It continues to be our favorite.
