"Top notch staff and breakfast. Room was pretty warm with no way to turn down the thermostat. Hotel is very close to everything for walking. In a vibrant area but somewhat noisy at night."

"Hotel Raphael is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful area of Rome. The service team at the hotel were very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed their roof top terrace which offer beautiful views of Rome. The dining options at the hotel are excellent. Their breakfast is very good and we enjoyed some of their restaurant dishes on their terrace. Overall, a wonderfully located hotel that was a pleasure to visit."

"Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Because of the Rome marathon our taxi to the airport could not get to the hotel. Two porters took our luggage to the taxi for us and also guided us to the taxi. They went out of the way to make our stay memorable. "

"The hotel is in a great location near shops, food and gelato! We had a really great time staying here and the room was perfect with big windows to look out onto the pretty street. Would love to stay here again when we come back to Rome!"

"We felt so privileged to stay at the Coronary Palace. The front desk attendant was so gentlemanly. Every morning the staff prepared a beautiful breakfast of hot items, fruit, cheese, and bread. It was a full American breakfast with additional sweets. The lady who kept our room did a wonderful job of making sure it was tidied up by the time we returned in the afternoon. The reception staff helped us find the most efficient way to get to where we wanted to go. It was so very clean. We never saw anything out of place. The decoration was very trendy. This property is located in the best area. We were able to walk most places. It was situated near a bus stop that could take you to the Colosseum. Please, take the warning: we were pick pocketed on the bus. They are trained professionals. Ask the front desk how to avoid this catastrophe. I highly recommend this property. The staff here was the “calm” that you need in this busy city!"

"Great location and the staff communicate very well via the ap and WhatsApp. We had a mix-up in reservations with flights etc. This hotel was easy to deal with. The location is close to the Vatican, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. Great spot!"
