"The rooms were small but very cute and clean. The restaurant good was delicious and served in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful and attentive. And finally, the facility is just beautiful. It’s set into the trees at various levels and it feels like a true forest getaway in the middle of the city. We were just there for the night, but peeked into the group use rooms and they all looked lovely. Perfect for travellers or a local!"

"We had 3 rooms booked and paid for in full. But when we arrived the hotel was booked out. Very disappointing. The reception staff were very nonchalant and didn’t really care that we had paid in full yet no rooms were available. The Manager, however, was good. He apologised over phone to us (he wasn’t actually there). And he got our money refunded in full. But it took several messages between us, the Manager and Hotels.com to get them to refund us in full. And the refund took 3 weeks to process! And we still had no accommodation! Although the hotel refunded us in full, I can’t recommend them. "
