"It’s a beautiful property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was very good. They do not provide much in the way of toiletries. They charge for using a bicycle. I have eaten dinner in the main dining room and the meal was excellent. Hiwever, I was unable to get into the dining room this time and dined at the bar, outside. We both ordered a steak and potato meal that followed a simple and delicious salad. Unfortunately, we both found our two a steaks, cooked à point ( medium rare) tough, gristly, and almost inedible. We each left two thirds of the beef uneaten. Such a disappointment."

"We chose this hotel for its quiet location away from downtown noise, close to the lake and nearby sports fields. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The only drawback was the absence of a fridge. The outdoor pool was a nice feature and added to the overall pleasant stay."
