"The hotel was very nice. They have a very strict 4pm check-in policy and charged us $25 for early check in at 2 pm. Aside from that, it’s very conveniently located near Magnificent mile. We walked most of the time but there is a bus stop around."

"The hotel was in a great location. The lobby/gathering area was great & my kids loved the pool. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. My only critique is that the common spaces could use some freshening up. I noticed stains on carpet and upholstery & some cushions were starting to get a little threadbare. Nothing that affected our enjoyment, but noticable all the same. All the staff was friendly & I would definitely stay here again."

"Great place to stay and centrally located. The breakfast area floor was filthy and constantly sticky. Not sure how often the rooms are vacuumed and the missed a day cleaning our room."

The original deep dish pizza place, Pizzeria UNO is literally around the corner, the Magnifient Mile is only a block away, 3 blocks from the river and only 2 from the Red Line, which takes you directly to Wrigley Field! Can't recommend this place enough!"
