Small room but very comfortable.
Cooked breakfast dishes were good but also had cold or lukewarm food added which did not work well.
Only limited dining space in evenings which had DJ ; we went out elsewhere

Very nicely appointed & functional rooms
A very short walk from ueno station
Washer-dryer in room was very practical , in fact the entire layout of the room , rain shower, sectional sofa bed, fridge-freezer, kitchen sink+hotplate was next level.

"Wow wow wow. An amazing place just to relax and unwind. So many things to do with our 4 children while my wife and myself unwound and had a drink or two. from swimming to bowling to tennis and Kids arcades you will not get bored staying here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating."
