"Our room was in the courtyard, upstairs. We loved our location, our spacious room, and the friendly staff. The room was a tad dated, but everything was comfy and clean. We easily walked to town for shopping and drinks, to Haystack Rock, and to the Pelican Brewery. Parking was also easy and convenient."

"Stayed with 2 young kids and the location cannot be beat! Steps from the ocean and it was nice to just get up and go walk on the beach, come back, nap and go again. Staff were awesome and very helpful. One of the best things our family liked was walking around the beach and the bonfire in the evening. This is not for the resort but Cannon beach in general, food options for kids is not very great. More options if you actually go into town, but that takes effort. And not something we wanted to do with littles. I found it was a bit challenging to find some kid friendly walkable options for things like a plain good quality mac and cheese, nuggets, vanilla burger, etc. We ended up doing room service for most of our meals and its expensive and very few options but overall was good. The room itself could use a few extra hooks, clothesline etc to maximize space for wet clothes after the pool and beach. However, overall the stay was comfortable and enjoyable."

"An oasis in the chaos of summertime Cannon Beach. Older structure but clean, comfortable, with relatively new appliances. Everything we needed was available. Highest marks for location. Right across the road from beach access. Partial ocean view from the house. Great beach area, much less crowded than beach by Haystack Rock. Quiet, upscale neighborhood. Within walking distance of town. Elk visited the area every morning. Sea birds on the rocks.Despite the price, we would stay there again."

"This property is a treasure! Our second time staying here. Well-equipped, incredible location right on beach and close to shops/restaurants. Clean and comfortable for our family of four and small dog. Enjoyed the puzzles, coffee maker, easy to use TVs, sand toys and beach chairs. Wonderful, communicative hosts. Thank you! We hope to return."
