My daughter’s dirty clothes—placed directly next to her travel bag on the floor—went missing during our stay. We lost hundreds of dollars in high-end activewear, including a Lululemon jacket, a Vuori set, Alo socks, and a Vuori halter.
When I reported it, front desk staff claimed housekeeping "accidentally tossed" the clothes into the trash and that the refuse had already been collected. They refused to show camera footage to verify who entered the room, denied any theft, and insisted it was my mistake for leaving clothing near the bin. Considering how small the room trash cans are, it is completely unreasonable to claim a full wardrobe's worth of bulky clothes was mistaken for garbage.
Management took zero accountability and offered no compensation or reimbursement for our lost property—they simply comped a single breakfast. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and security here. I would not recommend staying at a hotel that takes so little care of its guests' personal belongings.

The room was excellent, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good - freshly made omelette to order was favourite. The staff were always helpful and polite.
The location was very good for local food & drink and transport links. The trams and buses are very good.
The bar was not open very much when we stayed, this was advertised that the opening hours were such though so we knew this but would have enjoyed having a drink at more flexible times in the bar.
