"Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in...

"Family friendly and spacious basement with great communication with the owners. Our family of 8 came down to spend our Spring break adventuring and hiking. It just so happened to be the week of a crazy snowstorm and the walkway was always shoveled for us in case we wanted to venture out. Though we did stay and enjoy home cooked meals and movie binges as well. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a perfect cozy place to stay and I would highly recommend."

"Very easy to check in and out. The house conveniently locates near shopping center, but in the quiet neighborhood. It takes less than 1.5 hours to visit Rocky Mountain National Park in the North and Colorado Springs in the South. Chris' house is clean and have everything we need for the short stay. Thank you"

"Location is a mile from I70, Starbucks, grocery and everywhere. Had a great Thanksgiving get together for 11 of us. Bedrooms for everyone! Great open space for everyone to be at the table. Grandkids and adults loved the games. Backyard was not used as it was covered in leaves but it snowed in the last few days anyway. Overall great choice."

"The property is the quintessential log cabin on a Colorado mountain. Clean with quite a few amenities, a couple of games, small DVD collection, puzzles. The MBR bed was incredibly comfortable. Pet friendly with a fenced-in yard. Things to know: It's on Septic so the conservation requested was a little over the top for us. I would have preferred to pay a little extra and be able to wash dishes normally and take a bath in the jacuzzi tub if we wanted. Not a lot of pans to work with if you intend...
