We stayed 4 nights, 3 out of 4 breakfast days were excellent. One day was poor with a lack of silverware, food products and coffee machine.
The room we had was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The desk staff were always very helpful and very courteous.

The room AC was not running properly . Couldn’t sleep it was very hot . Next day they provided us with fan . The room temperature remained at 75 constant .Do not visit this place .Air-condition duct and airflow is very little .Controlled by the staff in the main floor .
Breakfast was very good .
The whole purpose is to have a good night sleep . Not in this hotel .

Loved the street cafes nearby. Great to have a room for a family of five. Breakfast was great on penthouse floor overlooking Aalst.

Great staff but the room interiors are getting old and need updating / repair. Also, don’t stay in a “Loft unit” if you’re taller than 1800 / 6’-0” tall 🤕

"The hotel was wonderful but for one problem: the lack of hot water for the morning shower. The hotel is in a great location, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the staff excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel."
