"Auntie's house was overall a nice place to stay, it was spacious enough for our party of 4, all amenities were in good working condition and everything was relatively clean. The only thing I would say was not up to par was the floor, though it looked clean there was quite a lot of dog hair, stuck to socks and anything that was set on the floor, There was also some human hair on some of the towels. I would be careful leaving food out as there were ants that found our cooler bag and were...

"Thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and time to spend with family. We loved the time with our 8 month old granddaughter. We left a few paper bags of recycling in laundry room. Don’t see a specified container for recycling items. You should consider better instructions. If it works out, we would come again. We appreciated the cleanliness. We took advantage of the lovely kitchen, dining and living room areas. We left used sheets and towels in respective rooms."

"House was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. House roomy in all ways and recently updated, very nice. Well stocked on games. Office staff did well to be available for any need. Office staff promptly sent an important item I left behind. Wonderful beach access one block away. Haystack rock location at the beach access area. Walk to town was 7-10 minutes. Stay was Monday through Friday and neighborhood was quiet. There were no guests staying at neighboring Lewis cabin. I would like to stay again...

"Wonderful little cottage and yard. Great location. Four of us on fun sewing/quilting retreat. Great quality bedding, towels, amenities. Well stocked kitchen, top grade appliances. Could use a little TLC. Very dirty ceiling vent in living room, probably needs new filter in otherwise well functioning heating system. One bedroom door nearly off hinges!! Definitely needs fixing!! Otherwise it was fine. We’d stay there again (if heating system/ducts serviced)."

"Beautiful spacious house in a beautiful spot. Opposite side of street from beach but still has gorgeous views of the water and super easy beach access. Just cross the street and you’re at the access point. Beach was beautiful, clean and not crowded at all - at least in April. "I rented out a home to be able to have a special Christmas with my daughter. Once we FINALLY got inside. We brought our things inside and had to wipe the couch down because it was sticky and full of crumbs. Was told it had a full kitchen. When im told full kitchen I expect to have bowls, mixing bowls, baking pans, muffin tin, ect. Bought alot of food for a Christmas dinner and treats and was not able to make most of it. Went to the store and bought plastic cups. Had to wash all dishes before...

"Very clean inside. Pictures showed a BBQ but did not have one. Property outside was terribly unkept. Dog friendly doesn't mean broken fences where dogs can get out. Couldn't even sit outside because only one picnic table for three units. All amenities were as advertised and beds were comfortable but when you have 2 couple; 4 people; and 2 teenagers 1-boy & 1-girl they would not share a fold down couch together. Suppose to sleep 6? "

"The place was filthy. Plumbing was bad TVs didn’t work. We had to change the beds when we got there and sweep out previous guess mess of dog hair and food etc. on floor and sinks fridge raider oven microwave coffee pot was disgusting. Bathrooms were dirty, dirty towels and shower. I will personally never rent this place again definitely a one star."

"We loved the quick beach access and convenience of having a fenced yard for small children to safely play. The good: proximity to beach and town, individual apartments for families, bunk beds in a few apartments, a place to gather in one apartment, two picnic tables outside. The not-so-good: plumbing issues, damaged furniture, WiFi doesn't extend to all units, we ran out of toilet paper! "The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."
