"Pillows were horrible. The staff barely talked to us at check-in/out. Housekeeping was pleasant. Odd that there is no outlet near the mirror in the main area. We didn't get to breakfast until 9:30 am on Saturday, and there was hardly anything left."

"Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. "

"Nice location and great room. I believe the walls may have been a lil thin but that’s really all as fas as complaints. The heater isn’t all that hot but it does get hot.. I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay."

"Pros: Beautiful new property; clean; great location; host was very responsive and helpfulCons: The reason I can't give our stay a 5 star review is due to how poorly stocked the home was: no cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink; 2 dishwasher pods only; only 4 place settings; minimal glasses and mugs; bare bones forks and spoons; no butter knives; no necessities in the kitchen like salt and pepper; no extra paper towels; no hand soap (with the exception of only one bathroom); no shower gel in the showers; no hair dryer in the house; not one single extra roll of toilet paper in any bathroom, etc. You get the idea.It is a very nice house in a great location, and the host was very responsive. However, if you plan on staying at this property, you'll need to bring just about everything you can think of, especially if you plan on cooking a meal."
