The wooded, private property (over 1.5 acres) overlooks the beautiful Wisconsin River in Nekoosa, WI. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, waterskiing, fishing, golfing, trap shooting, or just reminiscing over an inviting campfire! This beautiful and spacious waterfront property is on the Wisconsin River, with boating access into Lake Petenwell, which is over 23,000 acres! Lake Petenwell also has bars, restaurants, and campgrounds on it. The location is just 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead and world renowned Sand Valley Golf Resort, as well as the Wisconsin State Trap Shooting Associating which now has an Olympic designation.
Area vendors also offer boat rentals.

Please put all trash in outdoor garbage bins. If you are there overnight on a Wednesday, please put any outdoor garbage bins with garbage in them by the road for Thursday am pickup
