"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palacete do Guerreiro Charme Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care, love and attention to detail has gone into creating this very special place. The interiors are beautifully understated, with high-quality finishes, thoughtful details and excellent amenities throughout. Top Nelas Hotel Reviews

Hotel Urgeiriça

8/10 Good

"Reception staff always very helpful, cleaners do a great job of keeping the room clean and tidy, some of the waiters can be less than enthusiastic at times."

Vila Galé Collection Serra da Estrela Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel is beautifully situated. Great view from our room! Staff are very attentive and helpful. Restaurant à la carte meals were excellent and one evening buffet was fairly good as well. Breakfasts were great. One wish is that there would have been a 24 hour lobby coffee bar to get early morning coffee (or a machine in the room). Staff in the breakfast room were very accommodating, but only available after 8am when the restaurant opened."

Casa de São Lourenço - Burel Panorama Hotel - Member of Relais & Châteaux.

10/10 Excellent

"Staff were excellent at the front desk, gave us a welcome drink and a full tour of the facilites. Restaurant staff could use some training and a better process for servicing the tables. Hotel is clean, quiet and secure. Pool area with sauna and Turkish bath is very nice."
