Clean room, the only shining Stars on staff were Amir and Aaron. Other staff on phones or not at front desk. Hostess in tavern was rude. TV did not work, off and on entire stay. No room service available no free breakfast. Not very focused on in house guests. More concerned with tavern customers. Would be a BIG upgrade if you catered to your guests that are staying for Cancer institute patients.

One of the best vacations I’ve taken in awhile because of this property. With everything in Orlando to do you would think you’d want to spend most of your time outside the villa but NO. It’s so much fun to be had inside that that’s what we preferred even over Disney parks!

"Everything was excellent but the pricing. I was charged $300 more than I was quoted, got hit with a $15 a day parking fee, charged an extra $50 for “essentials” or some crap like that.
