Aqua Lagoon - Great Family Beach Getaway

This stylish townhouse will answer all your holiday dreams with a communal pool and tennis court in the estate approximately 270m from the property.

When you stay at Aqua Lagoon you will enjoy ultra-comfort with new refurbishments including ducted air-conditioning and all beds are brand new sealy posturepedic. Enjoy viewing the new smart 75inch tv in the main lounge and now all three bedrooms on the top floor have TV's. There is a lovely outlook from your entertaining area with BBQ. The fully fenced courtyard is great for the little-ones. You will be able to keep all your holiday fun equipment safe in the single lock-up garage and carport. We supply Free Wi-Fi and a coffee pods machine.

The main bathroom has a large corner bath, and there is a 3rd bathroom on the living level. The property has air-conditioning in every room. There is a spacious lounge so you and your guests will have plenty of room whilst enjoying the fabulous area!

PARKING This property has a single lockup garage plus a carport which can accommodate up to one large and one small vehicle, a total of 3 cars maximum. Extra parking is available at the end of the street, approximately 50 metres away. You must park within the boundary of the property or fines apply.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are also supplied.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 ADULTS. There is a single bed in one of the Queen bedrooms which can be used upon application to accommodate 1 child, total maximum guest 9. Please note the single bed will automatically be added for a booking of 9 for the 9th person at $50 per stay.

BOND - Aqua Lagoon has a refundable bond of $500 that is payable 14 days prior to your arrival date and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

BED CONFIGURATION -

Option 1 - Super King Bed, 3 Queens, 1 Single (additional cost).

The master bedroom has a super king bed an ensuite, walk in wardrobe and a Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has a queen bed and an additional single bed. On the living floor there is a 4th room with a Queen.

Additional costs when booking:
9th Person single bed $50 per booking
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100 to $140). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

Great spacious property for a relaxing break

Great for golfers

Property has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Very well maintained, clean and close to shops and local attractions. 2nd time we have stayed and will definitely use this property again for future visits to Nelson Bay.

Property was well maintained and had all the creature comforts for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything was in working order and location is within walking distance of shops & amenities. Will be staying here again in 2024!

Lovely place to stay

The property was very spacious, well laid out and comfortably accommodated three couples who were staying there for an event in Nelson Bay. It was very quiet, exceptionally clean and we all agree we would happily stay there again. Only improvement would be to have a few general supplies there like cling wrap, aluminium foil and a coffee maker of some sort. Overall a great place to stay.

property exceeded my expectations as to its condition and amenities provided, could not fault it in any way, location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, it was everything we needed for our family holiday. we took items we thought we would need i.e. (some) Cooking utensils & sundries but ended up taking them home as we did not need anything as everything was provided. overall, a great place to stay, give it 5 stars

Great Townhouse

Best set up rental I have stayed in, I was very impressed with the well organised laundry, but it was typical of the whole house. Location is excellent but stairs may be a problem, steep set to get from front door to living room. Another set to get to 3 bedrooms on top floor. A few maintenance issues I am happy to pass onto owner but these can be easily fixed, if owner is made aware of them.

Great property for 4 mature aged women

This property met all of our expectations. We are 4 mature aged women preferring our own bedroom, although 2 ended up sharing the second bedroom as it was more comfortable and spacious than the sofa bed. We parked the cars and didn't move them until we departed, walking to the nearby shops, restaurants and beaches. The facilities and amenities were great, though we were disappointed that the air conditioning did not cover the whole apartment, only the living area and master bedroom are air conditioned and it was hot during our stay. The Managers were very responsive to our needs.

So it seems it is a scam to keep our deposit in a trumped up complaint. We left the place very clean as per the policies for exit.

Lovely place however We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property.

Down stairs was very dirty as soon as we walked in we could see the marks on the floor from the mop. Alot of the kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly. My daughters feet/socks were black from her walking inside. There was some cigarette buts and rubbish left outside. We had some issues with the fridge which did get resolved however we had some food wastage due to this. Overall Lovely house and good position

Reviewer Comments: We booked this house we thought it’s a holiday house but actually it was a prison , neighbours were spying on us all the time , people loose their bond if there was a damage done or not clean but they actually took the bond because some neighbours complained because there was noise but it wasn’t true we booked 6 nights but we stayed 5 nights only . We stayed on the balcony only till 10 pm we followed the rules but the neighbours complained I don’t know why ? It was only one night , Saturday night that our kids came but they stayed at a different resort, they visited us for few hours and left at 10 pm , we received a complaint on Sunday it was a warning because there was noise and if we repeat it they will fine us , on that day we went to the beach all day and we checked out on the same day but they took the bond anyway they said they received another complaint but they are lying because we didn’t stay after that , they seems that they make complaints to take the bond , we left the house spotless very clean , cleaner than how they gave it to us so shame on them how they actually took our bond for no reason . Don’t book that house at all because they will find a reason to take your bond .
