'Commodore' - Modern with Panoramic Sea Views!
Commodore is a peaceful and private sanctuary at the Southern end of the Port Hills just 10 minutes drive from downtown Nelson. Commodore enjoys an incredible position overlooking the deep blue waters of Tasman Bay, the waterways and islands of the Waimea Estuary and Westward to the spectacular mountains of Kahurangi and Abel Tasman National Parks.
Located in the prestigious Tasman Heights area of central Nelson, Commodore is a quality home offering the comforts of a quality, well presented modern home. Quality furnishings, lush carpets, double glazing, heat pump and air-conditioning, WiFi, full gourmet kitchen with gas stove and oven, spacious indoor-outdoor living and entertaining areas, 3 large bedrooms (master with ensuite and walk-in robe), 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are configured as follows: Queen, Queen, Queen + Single (portacots are also available for hire by request). There is a large outdoor deck to enjoy outdoor dining or for children and pets to play as well as a double garage and extra parking.
**Special conditions & notes**:
Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets may be permitted by written agreement. Please contact us with details of your pet along with your assurances for the care of the home.
Separate Apartment - Below Commodore is a separately tenanted or bookable apartment. Access, parking & facilities are separate, but due to the proximity of the properties, we ask that guests are mindful of noise at night & early morning.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Lovely house and garden; clean and well presented.
Lovely house and garden; clean and well presented. Plenty of space and parking. BBQ a bit rusty and dirty; only 1 wine glass! and some basic kitchen equipment missing. No mirrors other than bathroom - minor complaints only otherwise an excellent rental
