This listing is one newly remodeled 2-story unit in a tri-plex (unit 1, left portion of building). This spacious home has 9’ ceilings and is located on one acre in a nice neighborhood with lots of national forest around.
The lower-level boasts living & dining rooms, kitchen & small office windows.
Upper level has primary bedroom/bath, two additional bedrooms with hall bath as well as washer/dryer. Quite nice & modern with lots of space for your items.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 1,500 square facility except for one small closet. There is a covered porch and back patio for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
The neighbor’s pond behind the townhouse is off limits.
