Located in the well-established residential development of Capistrano Village to the north of Nerja, the property is a comfortable, fully air-conditioned apartment and guests have access to a large community pool nearby. There is also a selection of bars and restaurants close to the property and it is also within easy reach of Nerja town and beaches. There are fabulous views from the large terrace overlooking the town, the sea and the Sierra de Almijara y Tejeda mountains in the distance.
Casa Mimosas is on a 1º floor, with exterior access via steps. The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Exterior: Solarium terrace with garden furniture, access to the large communities pool areas.
Interior: Air conditioning throughout the accommodation (it also heats in the colder months), Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, hair dryer. A cot and high chair, if required, can be hired locally for a small daily charge.

Ideal location great facilities on site choice of two swimming pools , Cave bar and restaurant bus service close to mercadona, walking distance to the beach would defiantly stay again
Would of been perfect if their was an ironing board , kettle and bbq sadly had non of them

Amazing view and a nice environment
We had a very nice stay in the Calle Mimosas in Nerja. The house is part of the pretty Capistrano village with flowers and pools. The highlight: the view over the ocean and the city. Although the house is in the middle of the village it is in a short distance to the pool, supermarkets and the parking space. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the lower balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and has enough plates and cutlery. The air condition works good and calm. We liked the mix of new and old fourniture and the second bathroom with a shower. The smart TV works fine and the wifi is fast.
Also, the contact with the agency was very pleasant. They answered every question and had good tipps for restaurants. Thanks a lot.
The old master bathroom has no door. That's not a big problem, but it is good zu know. The chairs at the rooftop terrace need painting or a new coat. For five persons the house would be a little to small.

Fantastische Villa
Fantastische Villa in Nerja mit atemberaubendem Meer- und Stadtblick. Komfortabel, gut ausgestattet und in der Nähe von Geschäften, Parkplätzen und dem Pool. Die Balkone sind perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Agentur war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
