AP197 - Capuchinos 20

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation.

This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace.

On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace.

The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fantastic views; there is one good sized shower room.

The large south facing terrace has beautiful views over the urbanisation and the coast of Nerja and is fitted with its own private Jacuzzi so you can relax and enjoy the views plus a large table and chairs for dining al fresco . The apartment has free wifi internet.

All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October.

This apartment offers an excellent standard of accommodation for couple or small families.

Perfect for a family stay in nerja

We loved this apartment, fantastic location with views over the town, close to the pool, and the apartment itself was great, lovely balcony, kitchen, living room everything you need. We would gladly return

Nice apartment in a very nice area.

Very nice and quiet place. It was a very nice place to stay for 3 weeks and we want to come back :-) We didn´t use the spa. The things to check the water quality was to old and only one peace left. We hope it´s next time will be better -)

The apartment was very clean and well maintained for its age ..fantastic views and quiet location being so high up out of main town ..hot tube was a bonus ...with communal swimming pool a very short walk away , again kept clean and tidy ..would be happy to recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing peaceful time or looking for a base to stay for exploring Andalusia
