Perfectly sized for four people, this holiday home in Nerja is just a short stroll from Nerja's beach and the palm-lined Balcón de Europa.
With the calm blue waters of the Mediterranean practically on your doorstep, the location is pretty hard to beat – and that's not including the array of Spanish restaurants, vibrant bars and independent shops all within walking distance.
We're sure soaking up Costa del Sol's infinite sunshine will be on the top of your to-do list. And trust us – there are plenty of spots back home to do just that. Enjoy a swim underneath the cloudless skies – the view of rolling waves and swaying palms is spectacular – or pull up a chair and bask in the salt-tinged air on your private terrace and watch people go by. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or cocktails come evening, and it's even better when the sun goes down and the stars begin to twinkle overhead.
Inside, the traditional Andalusian living space is a balm from the endless rays. Sink into the armchairs and rest tired feet after a day of exploring Nerja, then pad into the fully-equipped kitchen to rustle up a light bite to eat. Whether you're a couple in search of a romantic getaway or a group of friends craving some fun in the sun, we think this pad is exactly what's needed.
The nearest beaches - El Chorillo, Calahonda and Carabeillo are only a short walk way. You're aslo in the heart of Nerja's Old Town, perfect if you fancy a bit of exploring.

The place is super nice and location is just perfect!! We watched the whole San isadora parade from the balcony window. It couldn’t have been more perfect! I highly recommend!

accomodation was perfect right in the centre of nerja
down the steps... shops bars coffee shop and restaurants and of course the beautiful church.... and beach what more could you ask for and beautiful weather.....
bathrooms need to be updated walkin shower in the main bathroom would be an necessity going forward

Absolutely stunning
Spacious, comfort and the perfect location.
The attention to detail was outstanding, superking size beds with extremely comfortable mattresses.
High quality linen, and furnishings.
The terrace is the perfect spot for relaxing and watching sunrise or the entertainment at night.
I spent many hours there painting the landscapes.
The apartment has clearly been well cherished and feels very safe and secure.
Despite the location, once windows are closed the noise of outside can’t be heard.

It’s all about the LOCATION!
Must be the best location in Nerja. Nothing can come close to this. Amazing views right in the centre of Nerja overlooking the Balcon with dozens of restaurants on your doorstep and a choice of beaches no more than 5 minute walk.
With 4 Adults, it would have been perfect if there was more than 1 shower. That said, that is purely just a preference and I understand that it would be quite impossible to add one on.
Gorgeous location - the VRBO picture is from the living room overlooking the promenade. Every room has a Juliet balcony. Bedrooms - wood indoor shutters for full black out, /- noise cancelling. Linens: fitted, but not flat sheet. Extra blankets. Good towels. Finishes in bathrooms/kitchen are mid-century. Kitchen: ample dishware, no microwave, and just salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil in pantry. French press, e-kettle. Groceries and ice within a block on Plaza Espana, open 830 am - 10 pm. Be aware - the nightlife is very active until 1am (people noise, not loud music). Outdoor sitting area is great for the street musicians and people watching.The only difficulty we had was check-in/communication. 1. they didn't contact us through the VRBO app. They tried WhatsApp and email. And we had different people trying us simultaneously (Reuben, also Caroline (?) - they didn't seem to be in contact with each other and we were anxious about whether contacts were legitimate. 2. charged 25-50 euros in cash for checking in after business hours, depending how late the arrival - and said that we had been emailed this info after we booked (but we couldn't find it or confirm). 3. we wandered trying to find them to check in. Ask for a landmark to meet, like front of the church which is visible from their balcony. 4. they wanted, but didn't mandate, in-person check-out.For access needs, there are stairs up to the outside door, but an elevator inside the building to get up to the flat.
