Absolutely wonderful location and room layout, magnificent mountain, town and sea views, fab outside areas, lovely kitchen, very comfortable beds, air con, but it is in desperate need of maintenance. This home has obviously been lovingly and very stylishly restored at some point, with a modern design while retaining a lovely original feel. However, everything is a bit tired and in need of TLC. We would LOVE to stay here again the area is perfect, and surprisingly quiet and peaceful (church bells and bird song is all you hear - absolutely delightful!) while being within walking distance to everything - but would like to know that maintenance issues such as broken shower head & ceiling fans, flaking paint, grubby sun beds and lose tiles have been addressed first. I hate to leave negative comments, as we had a lovely time here notwithstanding the issues mentioned - the office staff at casasol were welcoming and helpful.

Amazing
Very efficient staff, always reply to emails and were very helpful. Lady met us as we arrived with keys, told us where to leave keys as we left, house was very clean with surprise extras left for us upon arrival- highly recommend

Heerlijke vakantie in Nerja
We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in het mooie ruime huis in Nerja. De locatie is top! Dicht bij het bruisende centrum met veel restaurants en dicht bij het strand!

Great location, Casasol excellent as always!
Location is great, back courtyard was good for a young toddler and the service from Casasol was super as always - really attentive and quick to sort any small problems
Accommodation was nice but could do with some improvement in areas. Could be a really fab place to stay.

Great townhouse
The house is on a quiet street but close to all bars, restaurants, beaches etc. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher and washing machine both of which we appreciated. The roof is a real sun trap, so much so that we only used it after five pm! The beds are comfortable and there’s extra bedding should guests need it. There was bottled water and a bottle of wine left in the fridge the day we arrived which was a nice touch. The rooms are clean and quite well maintained
The outside spaces were not clean, tables and seat coverings etc all need thorough cleaning. The shower was not temperature stable so would run hot and cold while being used which was uncomfortable. There aren’t enough sun loungers if more than two people are staying in the house and the two that are provided are dirty. The paintwork outside on the terraces and stairs needs attention. Although there is a sign that the plants are watered once a week, they look quite neglected which makes some areas appear quite sad
