At Gaviota 3, you can completely forget about your car. You are in the Torrecilla area, which means you can walk down to the beach (200 metres away) in your flip-flops or take a two-minute stroll to dine at local spots such as La Bottega. The great value of this unit is its two separate balconies: one facing the pool and the other for enjoying the sea breeze while you have breakfast, without the noise of traffic from the centre but with everything close at hand.

The property is a modern, clean and very practical space. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own private balcony; the second bedroom is more compact with a bunk bed, ideal for children or friends. Once you have settled in, you will see that you can walk everywhere.

The apartment is in a lovely location with two balconies, close to the beach and restaurants.The apartment is very clean and modern with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, Nice to have a shopping trolley as we were stopping for a month,Already booked again for April, All the people that work at Casasol are so friendly and helpful.

It would be great if the apartment had sun loungers that could be brought down to the pool.
