The apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning (with warm air too) and a television. The charming apartment also boasts a private open terrace with comfortable furniture, a sun shade and a barbecue, where you can spend your days relaxing under the sun. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot within 1-3 minutes and the nearest supermarket is also just a 1-minute walk away (100 m). The highlight of this property is its close proximity to beautiful beaches. Playa de la Calahonda is the closest beach and is just a 3-minute walk away (250 m).
