Welcome to Punta Lara and this nice townhouse on 2 floors with a private roof terrace.
In a quiet location with minimal traffic and walking distance to the beach we find this townhouse with space for 4 guests.
Here you live spaciously on 2 floors, with bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and kitchen/living room on the 1st floor. There is also a spacious balcony with sea views.
On the private roof terrace there is plenty of space for lazy days in the sun.
The community offers a large pool area where you also find a snack bar.
It is a short distance to walk to the beach.
The house is very well equipped with wifi, large TV , aircondition in all rooms and washing machine.
