About the area:

Located in the authentic and humble neighbourhood of Las Flores, with little influx of tourists and surrounded by Spanish families. In addition, the Parador area offers easy access to a variety of popular restaurants, such as the legendary Bar/Restaurant La Puntilla or El Velero, known for their delicious tapas. The Rincón de Encarni café, a meeting point for tourists and locals alike is only a 4-minute walk away.



Supermarket:

You can easily walk to the Coviran supermarket, which is only 400 metres away. In addition, Mercadona, a large and well-stocked grocery shop, is 600 metres away. Just 50 metres away there is a typical neighbourhood greengrocer and supermarket.



The nearest beach:

Just 600 metres away you find the well-known Playa del Carabeillo beach and Burriana beach is 700 metres away, a paradise that boasts multiple Blue Flags, a recognition of its high standards of cleanliness and safety. On the beach you'll find water activities, sun loungers, volleyball courts, toilets, as well as options for paddle surfing, kayaking and pedal boats.
