"Of all the places we have stayed, this one stands out for us. The villa felt like a home from home. Everything you need and a really cosy, laid back atmosphere. "Pros: The pool area was very close but it was too cold to use it. It was a 45 min walk into the main town which has very nice restaurants and bars Cons: We were moved from our original house to a similar one but the facilities were not very good with the on suite toilet leaking for three days and the other toilet unable to flush. "Nice property in the midst of being modernised , very well equipped , one of the four bedrooms is quite small but if the weather is good ( which it generally is ) you will be spending your time out doors and that is where the house comes into its own . "A quiet, big place. The decor and fixtures are dated, but clean and functional. This is not a ding, just a fact. The beds are adequate, the kitchen is good sized, and the rooms are well sized for families. We stayed in the villa with the private pool. Since it was outdoors in March it was not useable, but it would be amazing in the summer. The only thing I wish this stay had was the ability to stream Netflix. Though vacationing in Spain, our kiddos are not fluent and being able to play a movie...

"We have just returned from a wonderful week at this property . Very well equipped , it was a great house for 7 adults and under one year old. The pool was very welcome and the views were amazing! The location was good for Nerja and visiting other towns /cities -you do need a car as the property is on a very steep hill. .communication was great-both before and during our stay. "

"Welcome to Nerja! What a place to pick for a relaxing holiday, with almost 360 degrees of view! Enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony, with a pair of sunloungers and outside shower. Views spanning from the mountain range to the north, down the hillside over the beautiful town. A spacious room with a nice bathroom. The room entry door faces the pool, and another great balcony overlooking the rest of the town below. Directly across from a supermarket, you will find great produce to stock your fridge. An easy walk into the town square for access to the beaches and local sights. It is a visual feast , and a relaxing atmosphere. Nerja is certainly the place to recharge. Hotel Los Arcos is a comfortable place to choose for your stay, making a great base for activities and sightseeing tours. Consider booking your stay, and enjoy the lifestyle."

"Really happy with everything the rooms were very clean and well presented and the balconies were clean and had nice furniture. The staff were lovely and responded to any requests we made really quickly. The breakfasts were delicious and lots of choice including hot and cold options. No complaints at all and most important of all the location was absolutely perfect close to all amenities, lovely beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. The pool was excellent too"
