I had a pleasant stay at the IntercityHotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff, while quite young, were friendly and professional throughout my stay.
The food is fairly standard. Breakfast is a buffet that costs €17 which is a bit high. One thing to note is that there aren't any other restaurants within easy walking distance, so your dining options are limited.
A major advantage is the location. The train station is only about a 10-minute walk away, with direct trains to Amsterdam Centraal, making it easy to get into the city.
One downside during my stay was that the public Wi-Fi appeared to use an unsecured connection, so I'd recommend using a VPN or avoiding sensitive activities while connected.

The staff was awesome- thank you Nora for all your help. They had happy hour for all the guests and if you can get the room with the canal view- do so. We enjoyed watching all the boats pass by, neighbors visiting and the incredible thunderstorms!

It was clean. But air conditioning was not good enough. We had to switch to a smaller cheaper room just to get the room to be a bit cooler. But the fan was not working as it was supposed to.
