Really sweet and helpful staff, but this is an old building so no elevators and if you're on anything higher than the second floor you will be humping your bag up very narrow, steep and curved stairs. The room was cozy, what you would expect from an older European hotel. I would stay there again because it's very central to a lot of the historic area, which was convenient.

Walking distance to Cruise Terminal even having to tote cases . Also close to central station and tram lines very handy to navigate around the city. Very nice buffet breakfast .

The hotel was in a great location, very clean and hotel staff from reception to restaurant staff was helpful and nice. The rooms were nice size. I would definitely stay at NH City Centre.
