Great family vacation stay

Great Neskowin house
Very nice house, a short walk from beach access in quiet Neskowin. No ocean view, but the roominess and great condition of the house makes up for that. It was well equipped for making Christmas dinner, which we appreciated. We particularly appreciated the quick response of the rental manager, Katie, when the fireplace had a problem. A great rental.

Ladies Weekend at the Beach
The house and location were great! My group of friends stayed here for a long weekend of walks on the beach, cooking amazing comfort food and enjoying a getaway from everyday life. The beach is long, clean and easy to get to. Just a block away. The house is well maintained, clean and cozy. I was surprised that all of my cooking needs were met. I brought more from home than I needed because I'm not accustomed to having all of the cooking/baking supplies available at a rental. My only criticism is that this is technically not a 4 bedroom house as advertised. There are 2 living rooms, 1 on the main floor adjacent to the kitchen with no TV, and 1 downstairs with a TV and a sofa sleeper. I don't consider this a "bedroom". It worked for our needs; however, had we wanted to watch TV, it could have been an issue. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect!
Neskowin Village Beach House was exactly as shown. Even better. The house was extremely clean, the beds comfortable and cozy, the furniture was comfy and in excellent condition. Well stocked kitchen with sharp knives!! Very clean bathrooms. It does get chilly downstairs, but they have an excellent space heater to take the edge off. Easy location. Katie with the rental agency communicated well. Quick jaunt to either Pacific City or Lincoln City. Super close and easy access to the beach. You won’t regret booking your stay here!! A note for management: the spot light in the ceiling by the range hood needs to be replaced. For future thought-a larger table downstairs to play games or set up puzzles so we don’t have to take over the dining table.

Nice spot for a Family Get-away
The house sits on a quiet road, with a short walk to the beach. Immediate beach access is a little tricky with the rock steps but easy ramp access is a couple blocks over. Very clean home with most of what you’d need. If you plan to cook meals, you may want to bring your own spices, but otherwise, adequately stocked kitchen. Very nice place to stay!

Perfect Getaway
The location to the beach is perfect, a short walk, and very close to a nice restaurant and small market. The outdoor space is roomy, and the wrap around porch is perfect for eating, sitting, talking and relaxing. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedroom/bathrooms are comfortable and clean. Really a perfect place for our family. Will rent again.

Amazing house, amazing vacation!
Myself and my family have been vacationing in Neskowin for over 40 years and we have stayed in several vacation rentals over the years. We just can’t say enough good things about this house! It fits our family perfectly. Everyone had their own room/space, the wrap-around deck is a great extension of the already comfortable living space inside and the short walk to the beach was perfect for all of us, children included. We enjoyed game nights at the table and s’mores around the awesome fire pit area, as well as a great view of the Super Blue Moon! So many memories were made at this house and we can’t think of anything that could have made it better. We are already planning our trip for next summer!

Enjoyed the deck and protected from the wind. Liked having a cooler bottom floor for people who like to sleep in a cooler room. Neskowin is nice and quiet ...nice change from Lincoln City. Though a short drive to Pacific City or Lincoln City. Katie was helpful in any issues.

This place was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable beds, even including the hide-a-bed. Very clean, excellent communication from property manager. Short walk to beach and restaurant/store. We didn’t use the fire pit, but that looks like a lot of fun. We will definitely stay here again!

Outstanding vacation home
My family friends and my family love this place. Very clean, it’s a pet friendly house but no pet smell at all. We love the furnitures and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and other kitchen essentials. Enough room for 8 people. The covered deck is wonderful. And king size bedroom has a sliding door so you can let your fur babies easy access to the backyard. I can’t recommend this place enough. Furnitures are great and very clean. We had a great experience with Ellen the property Manager, she’s very pleasant to deal with. Very friendly as well, just great customer service. We will for sure come back to stay here. Will recommend this place 1000%.

Great location!
We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Neskowin. There are a few things that were negative though. There is no TV or stereo in the main living area, so if you want to watch a movie with your family or listen to music when you’re cooking or playing games that is not an option unless you use your phone or a computer for music. (There is a family room downstairs though). Which brings me to my second negative about this home. The lower level of this home was FREEZING, to point that it wasn’t even worth it to be down there. And if you crank the heat up then it’s too hot upstairs 😔. Lastly all of the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced, they were very used, the non stick was coming off and appeared to have some rust so we really weren’t able to cook. It’s a nice home, just giving an honest review

Neskowin Getaway with Family
My husband and I were excited to get away with family for 3 nights. We stayed with our two daughters and son-in-laws and two grandchildren. The Neskowin Villa did not disappoint. It’s in a nice neighborhood and a short walk to the beach and the village store. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The kids loved having a TV with Netflix downstairs. We found the kitchen well stocked with the utensils we needed. We had a great time and we will definitely return.

Perfect family stay at the Coast
What a quaint area, we were impressed from the moment we drove into Neskowin. The house was perfect for our family, which included adults, a toddler, an infant, along with our 2 4-footed pups. Well appointed with everything you need to cook meals, bake, or enjoy a relaxing glass of wine on the deck in the afternoon. The beds were cozy and comfortable, and included a pak n play for our little one. An easy walk to the beach, winding through the local streets where neighbors are friendly. Also an easy walk to the Trading Co Gourmet Grocery store, which is well supplied with a variety of cooking staples, gifts and wine. The Hawk Creek Cafe has excellent Pizza, and helpful staff. While there was construction next door going on during our stay, the workers were polite, and didn't disrupt our stay at all. Communication with Ellen was wonderful, she was helpful and let us know when the house was ready for checkin a little early. So appreciated! We will return...

Nicely appointed place close to beach with comfortable beds, great kitchen, etc. Had some difficulty connecting to tv, fireplace, and we recommended more detailed instruction page for the remotes. Multi generational beach weekend.
The house is a great space for multi-generational families. We wanted a more quiet setting with lots of space and it worked perfectly. The house was very well equipped. Our granddaughter (nearly 4) loved the choice of bikes. The large covered upper front deck was perfect for all the sandy boots, shoes, and gear. It also served as an inviting sunny location during a crisp October weekend.

It was rainy and windy. Got to walk to beach two times. House is situated in a cul-de-sac street. Rooms were lovely and beds comfy. Really chilly in down stairs bedroom. But once in bed we slept soundly. Kitchen as advertised-fully equipped. Would stay here again in summer.

This property was very well equipped, clean, and perfectly set up for entertaining. It was just two of us renting it but we would like to come back with two other couples. The kitchen had everything we needed and was nicer thank our kitchen at home. We made some wonderful meals. The location is fantastic as well. Just one block to the beach! Ellen is absolutely amazing! I am suggesting this location to anybody that asks as well as to people who don’t. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. And it takes all of 2 minutes to walk to the beach. We spent a weekend listening to storms blow in from the pacific and enjoying friends.
