The sudio is located in Villa Valencia, a modern, cozy building complex located at a distance of 450 meters from the seashore in the biggest and most popular Sea Resort in Bulgaria – Sunny Beach.
The complex has luxury common parts, lift, swimming pool, children playground parking, green area with relax zones. The apartments for sale are finished with laminate floors, air conditioner and ready to use bathrooms with premium quality tiles and bathroom’s accessories.
The complex has very convenient location with a good deal cafe situated in the same building and is open daily from 8 a.m to 10 p.m. The Mladost supermarket with currency exchange service, various shops and restaurants are all nearby. Fresh vegetables and fruit mini-market is situated opposite the entrance gates. The farmacy is also accross the street.
