"The hotel let's itself down with maintained and cleanliness in my humble opinion. Corridors to the room which was furthest away on the 1st floor would certainly benefit from a good hoover....the amount of visible dirt and debris was not good... "Very nice hotel, been there a second time. The desk isn’t manned 24/7 but I believe it’s also run by the Douglas hotel, I thought there was no one there when I checked in but after a few minutes someone was there to help me with check in. Overall another pleasant experience."
